About Adam Wagner

For the past 14 years, I have served Atlanta Georgia as a staff member at the Ernest G Welch School of Art & Design at Georgia State University. Also…

An accomplished artist and project manager, specializing in creative consulting, art direction to facilities management, and coordination to individualized student consulting & interdepartmental coordination. Objectives are geared towards the successful completion of goals presented by a fluid environment inherent to working with the challenges presented in Arts and Academia and facilities management.

Initiating an aggressive campaign of academic awareness within the Art and Design Department at Georgia State University could be considered routine maintenance of approximately 500+ individual accounts as part of my responsibilities. As the only advisor within the Art department, I have seen the student population double in size, taken on additional duties as assigned including the initial website redesign, represented the department with Distinguished Visitors, served on College Staff Executive Committee while maintaining the essential directive of educating art students.

I have helped the Atlanta College of Art become integrated within SCAD Atlanta with the transfer of students and records, I have owned my own Art Gallery, served in the USAF as an Airfield Manager, worked in the hospitality industry while earning my degree, played music onstage in the clubs that were once Buckhead in Atlanta. Throughout all of my career, I have practiced my art as much as humanly possible!
